Maurice Blackburn Women in Law Breakfast 2017
Join us at the annual Maurice Blackburn Women in Law Breakfast at River’s Edge on Friday 4th August. Start your morning with a coffee, some breakfast and an insightful look into the current state of gender equality in the legal profession.
This will be an exciting opportunity to both network, and learn about the challenges that women face within the legal profession and how to combat these issues.
True equality can only be achieved if we are all socially aware and educated on the topic and work together. Males play an important role in the shifting of ideals, and advocating for equality in the legal space. As such, we encourage males to also attend this event as true equality can only be achieved where all genders unite and tackle this issue as one.
If you would like to attend and are experiencing extenuating circumstances, you could be eligible for a discounted equity ticket. Through an anonymous process, your financial hardship will be considered and a space will be allocated for you. To apply for an equity ticket, please click here.
